We’ll process your refund or exchange when we receive your item(s) (please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your request). However, once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again. If you return an exchanged item, you will receive a refund instead.
If you would like to return items from multiple orders, please initiate the return for each order separately and print and return the orders with their designated POs. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return and refund.
