Shipping Information: 

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an Order Confirmation email once the order is placed and a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details when the order ships.

Shipping times are determined by the shipping provider. While you may receive tracking right away, shipment is dependent on the provider once it leaves our facility.  

If you are in need of expedited shipment, we offer 2-Day and Next Day options. Please note, these expedited options apply to business days only, and weekend delivery is not guaranteed.

We currently do not ship international orders. We also do not ship to PO Boxes. 

Return and Exchange Policy:

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date the order was placed provided the returned item(s) have not been washed, worn or damaged and all original tags are attached.

Holiday return policy: Orders placed between 11/17/2025 through 12/12/2025 can be returned through 1/12/2026

Online orders may not be returned in any of our retail stores.

Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size. Items marked 'Final Sale' may not be returned. 

Shipping of exchanges of a different size of the same item are free.

We’ll process your refund or exchange when we receive your item(s) (please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your request). If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you. You can exchange all items from your order once. However, once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again. If you return an exchanged item, you will receive a refund instead.

If you would like to return items from multiple orders, please initiate the return for each order separately and print and return the orders with their designated POs. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return and refund.

During busy periods such as sales and holidays, additional processing time may be required to. We apologize for the inconvenience.  

In-Store Returns:

Unfortunately we are not able to process returns or exchanges of online orders in retail stores.

Canceling Orders:

To cancel or change an order you recently placed, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We can be reached by email at: cs@brooklynindustries.com 

Unfortunately orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.
