Our Flexfit baseball cap is a classic made from soft-touch canvas with enough structure for a snug fit. An embroidered Pigeon emblem, the unofficial bird of Brooklyn, sits above the brim.
Shipping Information:
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an Order Confirmation email once the order is placed and a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details when the order ships.
Shipping times are determined by the shipping provider. While you may receive tracking right away, shipment is dependent on the provider once it leaves our facility.
If you are in need of expedited shipment, we offer 2-Day and Next Day options.
We currently do no ship international orders.
Return Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days from the date the order was placed provided the returned item(s) have not been washed, worn or damaged and all original tags are attached. Items marked 'Final Sale' may not be returned.

We’ll process your refund when we receive your item(s) (please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your request). If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you.
If you would like to return items from multiple orders, please initiate the return for each order separately and print and return the orders with their designated POs. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return and refund.
During busy periods such as sales and holidays, additional processing time may be required to. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Canceling Orders:
To cancel or change an order you recently placed, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We can be reached by email at: cs@brooklynindustries.com
Unfortunately orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.
Damaged Items:
If you have a damaged item and it was purchase either in a store or online within the last 30 days we will credit you for the purchase or send you a replacement. Please contact us at cs@brooklynindustries.com describing the issue and we will send you an authorization form to send us back the item. Please note that we must receive the item back to give a refund.
• Full price merchandise purchased at a store may be mailed in for exchange or return for store/online credit. (Please follow the return/exchange instruction of our online returns below)
• Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase may not be returned or exchanged. All sale merchandise is considered “Final Sale.”
- Final Sale items include Sample Sale items and all markdowns.
