Shipping & Returns
Please be advised we are conducting our annual inventory and experiencing delays processing orders. Please expect a 4-7 day delay on when your order ships from the day you place your order.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an Order Confirmation email once the order is placed and a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details when the order ships.
Shipping times are determined by the shipping provider. While you may receive tracking right away, shipment is dependent on the provider once it leaves our facility.
For example: FedEx Ground Home Delivery is a residential shipping service that provides convenience and flexibility. And while it is available in all 50 states and depending on shipment destination, delivery occurs within 1-7 business days. While the site may claim 1 day that is one day of their processing. Please expect additional time if an expedited method is not purchased.
If you are in need of expedited shipment, you will need to choose the over night or 2 day options, or contact us for more information.
We currently do no ship international orders.
Return Policy for for Online Orders:
We want you to love our products! If you are not completely satisfied with your order or something doesn’t fit right, you can simply return it to us for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
• Shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase may not be returned or exchanged.
• International orders do not qualify for Express Exchanges.
During busy periods such as sales and holidays, additional processing time may be required to. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Step by Step Instructions to Return by Mail
For your return or exchange of online purchases, please follow these simple steps or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
• Please print and fill out our RETURN FORM (click the red text for pop up) Include your packing list, and return form in your return. Indicate what you would like to do.
• If you don’t have the packing slip anymore, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will send you a new one.
• See our return policy for a list of returns we cannot exchange.
• Send your items and your paperwork to Brooklyn Industries warehouse to:

• Please be sure to use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number. Brooklyn Industries cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
• We are not responsible for shipping charges back to us.
If you have a damaged item and it was purchase either in a store or online within the last 30 days we will credit you for the purchase or send you a replacement. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org describing the issue and we will send you an authorization form to send us back the item. Please note that we must receive the item back to give a refund.
• Full price merchandise purchased at a store may be mailed in for exchange or return for store/online credit. (Please follow the return/exchange instruction of our online returns below)
• Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase may not be returned or exchanged. All sale merchandise is considered “Final Sale.”
