When will my order ship?
Processing is completed by our shipping department Monday-Friday. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Sale item orders may take 3-7 business days due to sourcing inventory from our Outlet store location. Actual delivery time may vary based on destination and shipping volume. What Shipping Options do you currently offer?
At this time we have 6 different shipping domestic and international options. Read below for more information and delivery estimates. Note that processing time is not included in the below delivery estimates.
U.S. Domestic orders that meet a minimum of $100 will automatically receive Free Economy Shipping (FedEx SmartPost).
1. Economy Shipping (FedEx SmartPost).
Packages are shipped via FedEx and final delivery is completed through the U.S. Postal Service. FedEx SmartPost reaches every U.S. address, including P.O. boxes and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. You can even use FedEx SmartPost to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. territories. Because the USPS completes the delivery, packages can arrive on Saturdays.
Delivery through economy shipping takes 2-14 business days, based on distance to the destination.
2. FedEx Ground
Delivery by 1-7 business days, based on distance to the destination
3. FedEx 2nd Day Air
Delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences)
4. FedEx Standard Next Day Air
Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.
5. FedEx International Priority
Time-definite delivery typically in 1, 2 or 3 business days. Reaches major cities in Europe by noon typically in 2 business days. Brooklyn Industries cannot control and is not responsible for any additionally incurred customs fees associated with your orders.
6. USPS International Priority Mail
Only available to Canadian customers at this time. Delivery within 6-10 days. Brooklyn Industries cannot control and is not responsible for any additionally incurred customs fees associated with your orders.

Attention International Customers: Brooklyn Industries cannot control and is not responsible for any additionally incurred customs fees associated with your orders.
Refused shipments will be assessed a fee to cover the initial shipping costs. A refused shipment occurs when the customer refuses to accept the package during a delivery attempt and it is returned to us. Customers who refuse delivery in place of contacting Brooklyn Industries to arrange for delivery or accept delivery will be assessed a fee to cover the initial shipping charges from when the order was placed. This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer.
